【摘要】本文從英國判例法和醫(yī)學(xué)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)兩個方面考察了英國法上“死亡”這一概念的發(fā)展過程，闡釋了傳統(tǒng)的心跳和 呼吸停止標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與腦死亡標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的關(guān)系以及英國社會目前對死亡定義所存在的疑慮和爭議，并且指出了英國法對我國的借鑒意 義。本文通過對英國法上死亡定義的考察，以期對我國目前正在進(jìn)行的腦死亡法的起草工作有所助益。 【關(guān)鍵詞】英國法；腦死亡標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；傳統(tǒng)死亡標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 【中圖分 ……（快文網(wǎng)http://hoachina.com省略328字，正式會員可完整閱讀）……
