　　【摘要】 目的 為法醫(yī)學(xué)上閉合性顱腦損傷的早期診斷和損傷時(shí)間推斷提供依據(jù)。 方法 建立大鼠腦液壓沖
　　擊模型。用免疫組化與圖像分析技術(shù)分別檢測傷后不同時(shí)間大鼠腦皮質(zhì)、海馬等部位細(xì)胞色素c(cytochrome c，cyt c)
