【摘要】 目的 觀察猝死和非猝死組尸檢心臟標本心肌局部zif／268的表達，為心肌早期缺血死后診斷提供客觀 指標。 方法 采用免疫組化sabc法和圖像分析與統(tǒng)計學處理系統(tǒng)，對18例猝死和18例非猝死組尸檢心臟標本心肌 局部細胞核蛋白zif／268的累積情況進行研究。 結(jié)果 18例心性猝死心臟標本心肌局部有部分心肌細胞核呈陽性著 色，陽性表達率達100％ 。18例對照組標本僅2例心肌細胞核散在陽性。圖像定量分析結(jié)果顯示兩組差異顯著 結(jié) 論說明免 ……（快文網(wǎng)http://hoachina.com省略400字，正式會員可完整閱讀）……
